Lee-Ann J Klocko, CRNP is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with 26 years of nursing experience, who wants to make you feel your best and reach your wellness goals.  We are located at 840 West Market St. Kingston and offer a variety of treatments to nurture and replenish your body.  At Infusion Hydration and Wellness we want you to catch your breath, relax and enjoy!
